I decided to use light room for half of the edit instead of photo shop. I opened up and got my histogram and this was the before photo.
I first bumped the exposure up from +0.66 to +0.84.
2nd I adjusted the contrast from +7 to +43.
Then I adjusted the clarity from -1 to +59.
I also bumped the vibrance up to +7 to + 70.
After I adjusted those I tranfered the photo to photo shop to add my actions. I cropped the photo. My first edit I ran was called "ivory bleach". I took the layer desatration pop off and left the other layers as is.
This is my first edit result-
My 2nd edit I did I used the action called jubilee. I cropped the photo. I Changed the layer opacity of drama contrast from 70% to 100% I then made the photo layer with another layer opacity and took the layer bleach pop off to make it more suttle looking.
This is my 2nd edit result-
The 3rd and last edit I decided to do was called pink fade. I cropped the photo. The only thing I did was adjust the opacity on the layer pink soft light and bumped it up a little to give it pretty pink hues and tones.
This is my 3rd edit result-
This is all 3 edited versions put together to show differences of each type.
This was taken at a party over the summer. I actually cut the cupcake out of the picture and put it on a white background. Then I added a action to the whole photo and this was the end result.
